These Terms and Conditions govern the use of transportation services provided by Dubrovnik Transfer Service d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By making a reservation, the client agrees to these terms in their entirety.
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. The Company will confirm your booking within 24 hours of submission. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receiving written confirmation from the Company via email.
Prices displayed on the website are estimates based on route distance and selected vehicle. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking confirmation. Additional charges may apply for waiting time exceeding 30 minutes, route deviations requested by the client, or services outside the scope of the original booking.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
The client is responsible for providing accurate pickup location, contact information, and being present at the agreed pickup time and location. The client must behave in a respectful manner towards the chauffeur and vehicle. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client will be charged accordingly.
The Company will provide a professional, licensed chauffeur and a clean, well-maintained vehicle as specified in the booking. The Company will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the pickup location on time. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown), the Company will arrange an alternative vehicle or provide a full refund.
The Company maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, road works, border crossing procedures, or other circumstances beyond its control. Luggage and personal belongings are transported at the owner's risk.
Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and communicating with the client. The Company processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Croatian data protection laws.
Any complaints regarding the service should be submitted in writing to the Company within 7 days of the service date. The Company will review and respond to all complaints within 14 business days.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Dubrovnik.
